I have completed my M.Phil degree (18 years of education) in computer Science from Quaid-i-Azam University. I have experience with a wide range of programming languages, MS Office, software Quality Assurance, Software testing, IRS, research, and much more through academic projects and employment. I also have the experience of one and half years in research field during my studies. During my research work I designed an architectural model for digital reference services. Before my research work there was no standard model for digital reference services.
